How do I change my lens type?
Go to Settings (tap the gear icon) and select your lens type under "Lens Type". You can choose daily, bi-weekly, monthly, or set a custom number of days. Your countdown will automatically adjust.
How do I add a widget to my home screen?
Long-press on your home screen, tap the + button in the top-left corner, search for "Interval", and choose your preferred widget size. You can also add widgets to your lock screen in iOS 16 and later.
Can I undo a replacement?
Yes! If you accidentally marked your lenses as replaced, you can undo this action within a short time window. Expand the main view and tap "Undo" if available.
How does iCloud sync work?
When enabled in Settings, your data syncs across all your Apple devices using the same iCloud account. This includes your current lens cycle, history, and settings. Your data is encrypted and only accessible by you.
How do I scan my lens box?
Tap on "Rx Info" in the expanded view, then tap "Scan Box". Point your camera at the prescription information on your lens box (not the barcode). The app will automatically detect and extract your prescription details.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom. Tap "Reset All Data" and confirm. This will delete all your lens tracking data, history, and settings from the app and iCloud (if sync is enabled).
Is my data private?
Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your personal iCloud account. We never collect, access, or store any of your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
